About Reach Out and Read Southern Arizona (RORSA)RORSA is a coalition of 56 pediatric programs, serving over 43,000 of Southern Arizona’s children each year with the goals of helping children grow up with books and a love of reading. RORSA trains medical providers to integrate literacy into well child visits by giving new books to children and early literacy coaching to parents from birth through five years of age. Annually, RORSA programs give more than 65,000 new, developmentally appropriate books to families.
